Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest after your payment is completed.

Delivery times and conditions may vary in extraordinary circumstances such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, uprisings, civil commotions, nuclear risks and dangers, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire, and in cases arising from the recipient (absence at the address, absence of an authorized person to receive the delivery, the recipient having moved from the address, etc.).

You can receive your order from the courier by presenting a photo ID and signature.

When your order is delivered, you should open your package with the courier officer and check the product. This is especially important for crushed, torn, opened or wet packages. If you encounter a problematic product in an unexpected situation, you should not accept the package and have the courier officer write a report and have it returned to us by the courier company.

If you are not at the address you specified at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after their photo ID is checked and their signature is obtained.

If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the cargo company officer will leave you a notice with the phone number of the cargo company. The address where the notice is left will not be visited again, in this case the customer must collect the cargo from the branch. The person who will receive the delivery cannot be changed after placing the order.

If the delivery address is "internet cafe", "any coffee shop", "branch addresses of cargo companies" or "any public area", the order will be canceled and delivery will not be made to these addresses.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All our customers have the legal right to return their products within 15 working days within the scope of the consumer's 'Right of Withdrawal Without Giving Reason'.

You can also notify us of any products you think have a manufacturing defect or any other defect and wish to return within 15 working days following the date of receipt.

You can send your return free of charge with the cargo company we work with. If the product is returned with a cargo company other than the one we work with, the shipping fee will be covered by the sender. If the shipping fee is not covered by the sender and the product is returned with a cargo company other than the one we work with, MAON LEATHER will have the right to deduct the shipping fee from the return price of the product.  

After sending your shipment, you may be asked to share the shipment code if necessary. Please keep the shipment number.

You can return your order within 15 business days from the date you received it. You can contact our support department regarding your return and provide information and send your product back with the invoice and payment via cargo company. When your request reaches us, it will be evaluated by us and an information e-mail will be sent to you.

You must ensure that you send back the product you are returning, complete, with the original invoice, with the package undamaged, unused, not damaged as a result of usage error, and with the order number and the correct address of MAON LEATHER.

If the product invoice is issued in the name of an institution, a 'RETURN INVOICE ' issued by the institution, with the form of 'Product Unit Price + VAT', excluding the shipping fee, must be sent together with the product for the return process. 

The product box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, must be included in the package you return to us, complete and undamaged. Returns of products whose original packaging has been damaged, destroyed, or damaged in any way due to use will not be accepted. Returns of all types of leather accessories will only be accepted if the packaging is unopened, intact, unused, and untested.

Once we receive your return:

An information e-mail will be sent to you and when your return is approved, the product price will be refunded to your credit card with which you made the payment within the legal period of 10 business days. This period begins when we receive the product you returned. (Mandatory according to the General Communiqué of the Tax Procedure Law No. 385). The time it takes for your return to be reflected on your statement varies depending on your bank. In case of a delay in your return being reflected on your credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank with the Return Transaction Number in the information e-mail we sent you.

CHANGE CONDITIONS

We cannot make any exchanges for any purchases you make from Maon Leather , regardless of the nature of the product. However, you can return the product by fulfilling the conditions stated above within 15 days from the moment you receive it.
