- In cases where data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person, and in cases where none of these reasons fall within the scope of processing, or in cases where special personal data is processed, data is processed with the explicit consent of the data subject.

g) In case of any damage caused by the unlawful processing of personal data, the person has the right to demand compensation for the damage.

 

Data Owners Rights

Data Owners may submit their requests within the scope of their rights specified in Article 11 of the Law, in writing or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller by the relevant person and registered in the data controller's system, and by submitting the subject of the request, and by sending an e-mail to info@maonleather.com, which is Maon Leather's e-mail address, from their own registered e-mail address or from the e-mail address they have previously notified to Maon Leather, and their requests will be processed, provided that they submit information showing that they are the rightful owner. Applications will be responded to by Maon Leather within 30 days from the date the application reaches Maon Leather. In the responses to be given in writing to the application of the data owner's request, no fee will be charged for up to ten (10) pages if the process requires an additional cost. A fee of 1 TL may be charged for each page over this amount.
